This is Ron Lewis from the Texas Hill Country. This is my story on how I went from sitting in front of my computer 8 hours a day trading futures, to making a substantial income working just a few hours a week.

But first, let me tell you that I am 56 years old. My wife and I used to own a very successful stock and bond investment firm, employing 6 full time people. Four years ago, we sold our investment business and begin to trade futures for a living. It soon became evident that unless I wanted to sit in front of my computer for 8 hours a day, I needed to come up with a second source of income (probably like many of you). It also concerned me that if I were to become sick or hurt, my income would cease.

I turned to the Internet and begin to research various business models and ways I could supplement and even replace the income I was making from trading (don't get me wrong, I still enjoy making money from my trading efforts). But as I started my research, it soon became obvious that most people (about 95%) never succeed in making money from home.

So I made it my goal to find a way to make money from home and then sharing what I learned with people in the same situation.

Let me start by saying that most businesses from home or from the Internet need either a huge number of people to sell to or the ability to duplicate their efforts. So that was one of the aspects I focused on at the very beginning. I tried several of the so-called "gurus" out there selling affiliate marketing. But it occurred to me that I was in competition with all of the other people that were purchasing that program.

Then I looked at several business models, their compensation plans, how the compensation was generated, the price structure, etc. (I saw plans that cost as much as $3500 to join). In this economy, I couldn't see promoting a program that cost that much.

I finally landed on a program that has an excellent compensation program that allows you to work a couple of hours a week and your income would continue to grow month after month with a dynamic override program. The problem I found was that to make the program work, everyone I recruited as my team member had to be able to duplicate my efforts.

At this point, I referred back to our investment business. The last 2 years my wife and I owned our business, we sent out simple little postcards to interested prospects. And you know what? We generated hundreds of new clients during that period. So we decided to incorporate postcard marketing into our business. All I can say is WOW!
